Shantel Van Santen has been brought on board to join the cast of One Tree Hill.
She will play the series regular role of Quinn, one of Haley's free-spirited older sisters. The character comes to Tree Hill with a wounded heart and in search of something new! We are excited to see what else is in store for Shantel!
